Palm Springs Matchbook — Vintage Desert Travel Print

Palm Springs in the postwar decades was where Los Angeles went to disappear for a weekend — two hours east, a pool, a mountain behind it, and nobody asking questions. The matchbook is a souvenir of that idea rather than any one hotel: palms, water, and the town's name in pink across the top. The back is long gone, which is its own kind of provenance.
